Business rescue regime failing as firms opt for liquidation — Ecobank chair

Ghana’s business rescue regime is failing to achieve its core objective of reviving distressed companies, with only three to four businesses opting for administration since the Corporate Insolvency and Restructuring Act (CIRA) was passed in 2020, Ecobank Ghana Chairman Dr. Alhassan Andani has said.
