The Office of the Special Prosecutor (OSP) is renewing its push for lifestyle audits, unexplained wealth laws and broader non-conviction-based asset recovery powers after a Supreme Court ruling restored certainty over its prosecutorial mandate, the Special Prosecutor Kissi Agyebeng has said.
