Société Générale Group has agreed to sell its entire 60.22 percent stake in Société Générale Ghana (SG Ghana) to Morocco's Attijariwafa Bank and the Social Security and National Insurance Trust (SSNIT), ending the French lender's majority ownership of one of the country's established banks.
